Life is a journey filled with mystery: passion and longing, frustration and perseverance, sweat and tears, confusion and revelation. What motivates each and every one of us to continuously seek, create and recreate one experience, one story, one perception to another? Is it our everlasting desire to be whole?

Human beings are full of complexity, yet we are also very simple. We revel in our differences yet embrace our similarities. When at times, we are faced with challenges how do we decide which healing approach is best? Is there a ‘one and only Golden Formula’ for all? Or should it be a unique personally tailored healing journey for each individual? Or is healing somewhere in between and evolving?

Every week, a myriad of healing modalities available throughout our community will be presented and shared as local health practitioners discuss their unique and particular areas of expertise. Group discussions will follow each meeting. Dale Figtree Ph.D., a Nutritional Health Consultant with a private practice in Santa Barbara, will moderate. Learn more about Dale here.
